Information We Collect

When you submit the booking form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, service selection, appointment date/time, and any notes you provide. If you pay a deposit by card, Stripe processes and stores your payment details directly — we never see or store your full card number.

How We Use It

We use your information only to:

• Confirm, manage, reschedule, or cancel your appointment
• Send you booking-related emails (confirmations, receipts, reminders)
• Contact you about your appointment by phone, text, or WhatsApp if needed
• Keep basic records of past appointments for the studio’s own scheduling

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

Who We Share It With

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, strictly to run the site and handle your booking:

• Stripe — processes card deposit payments. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
• Google Analytics — collects anonymized usage data (pages viewed, general location) to help us understand site traffic.

How Long We Keep It

We retain booking records to maintain an appointment history and honor our cancellation policy. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see Contact below.

Your Choices

Every booking confirmation email includes a link to view, reschedule, or cancel that appointment yourself, without needing to contact us. You can also email or call us directly to request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
