Terms of Service

Booking & Deposits

• A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure any appointment — $30 via Zelle, or $32 by card (the extra $2 covers the card processing fee). The deposit is applied toward your final service total.
• A booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received and verified. Submitting the form holds the requested time slot; it does not guarantee it.
• Please arrive with freshly washed, clean, product-free hair — appointments may be canceled if hair is not properly prepared.
• Braiding hair is included with your service unless stated otherwise. Available colors are listed on the booking form for each style.

Arrival & Lateness

Please arrive on time. After 30 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or subject to a late fee if we’re still able to accommodate you. A canceled late arrival does not entitle you to a deposit refund.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Every booking confirmation email includes a link to cancel or reschedule your own appointment. Deposits are non-refundable regardless of who cancels or why, but a cancelled appointment does free up that time slot for other clients. We may also cancel or reschedule an appointment on our end — for example, in the case of illness or an emergency — in which case we’ll contact you directly to make it right.

Payments

Card deposits are processed securely by Stripe at the time of booking. Zelle deposits are verified manually by the studio before an appointment is marked confirmed. The remaining balance for your service is due in person at your appointment.

We may update these terms from time to time as our booking policy evolves. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
